The page.In your brand.
We create the account for you. The page is built with your logo, colours and fonts, picked up from your website. It gets its own address, or your own domain.

The broadcast.From any studio.
Your technician gets the credentials through a personal link, or a ready-made profile for OBS and vMix. Run two connections and the backup takes over automatically if the first one drops. Viewers notice nothing.

Afterwards.Everything stays at the same address.
The recording is published on the broadcast page when you stop. Handouts remain available for download, and the statistics show minute by minute how many watched.
Questions and polls.In step with the picture.
When the speaker says “vote now”, the poll should appear right then, for everyone. Beam measures each viewer's delay and times the interaction to the stream. The question arrives when it is asked, not fifteen seconds early.

- 3 seconds when you want dialogue. 15 when you want margin. You choose per broadcast.

- Already using Mentimeter or Slido? Show a QR code on the page at the right moment, or plug in your own interactivity.
- Moderation
- Audience questions land with the moderator first. You decide what is shown.

- Open page, password, registration or invitation list. Invite individual addresses or whole domains, and see who actually watched.
- BankID
- Identity verification for votes and closed broadcasts, when it matters exactly who is voting.
- Handouts
- Slides, minutes and links that attendees download during the broadcast, and for weeks after.
- Recording
- Everything is recorded automatically and published at the same address when you stop.
- Two languages
- The page is available in Swedish and English, and viewers choose for themselves.
- Hybrid meetings
- People in the room scan a QR code and get the same questions and polls as those watching remotely.

Beam runs on European infrastructure and all user data is stored in Stockholm. A data processing agreement is included, IP addresses are pseudonymised, and recordings are deleted when the agreed period ends.
