Terms of service

The service

Beams provides a live broadcasting platform with a broadcast page, interactive modules and analytics. The service is delivered as described in the order and in the documentation available at the time of ordering.

Ordering and price

Each Beam is ordered separately according to the current price list. The price includes a number of concurrent viewers and a run time. Volume beyond that is charged per delivered viewer-hour according to the price list.

All prices are stated excluding VAT. Payment terms are 20 days net unless otherwise agreed.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the content of the broadcast, for holding the necessary rights to material shown, and for informing attendees about the processing of their personal data.

The customer is responsible for its own broadcast equipment and internet connection up to our ingest point.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available throughout the booked broadcast window. Planned maintenance is performed outside booked broadcasts. Interruptions caused by customer equipment, customer networks or third-party services the customer restreams to are not covered.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for damages is limited to the amount the customer paid for the broadcast in question. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit or lost goodwill.

Termination and cancellation

A booked Beam may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the broadcast start. After that, 50 per cent of the plan price is charged. Cancellation later than 48 hours before the start is charged in full.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the general courts with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
